Windscreen Crack

Is a 12-inch crack ok, as long as it's on the passenger side? :S

Not realy.
How on earth did you manage this one?
Best just get a new one from the insurance compnay usually about £50 and doesn't affect NCB.
I think it will still pass an MOT though as its not in direct view of the driver.

12 inches is way too big to seal. They would just advise to get a new one. I think on most insurance companies, no claims bonus is affected but only if you make something stupid like 6 windscreen claims a year. Gotta be unlucky to have that many cracks.

Effects the strength of your car too - get it replaced.

I just can't be arsed with the damage they WILL do... I don't want to let anyone loose on my car!!!!
