Wing and side skirt change

Change wing and side skirt , how do I do it? And how long should it take? Thanks

Can anyone give me a quick run through on how to remove these please?

I changed one of my side skirts on my cup, I had to drill the heads of the pot rivets and unhook it off the clips. Hook the new one on and chuck some more pot rivets in job done. Doesn't take long at all.
