Yep, known issue. I can sign it, but it signs me out when I load up a game.

I couldn't sign in to the 'My Xbox Live' iOS app until I'd visited xbox.com and agreed to the new T&C. Possibly a similar issue with Live on the Xbox?

There rolling out the new update for the new dashboard. It's hit and miss with people signing in. Mine worked ok in the end
