missus got me a xbox 360 for me bday, got delivery for it today.

anyone hooked the xbox 360 to "LIVE"
is it any good?

tbh live is brilliant even if you use it once a week! you get soo much more out the games.

the xbox 360 comes with silver membership (free) , but to play other gamers you need gold membership (£39.99 a year). with silver, you can still download game updates etc, the only thing you cant do is play other gamers.

ive got the netgear rangemax wireless router.
how do i set it up to connect to xbox live.
sorry if im being stupid. but if u cant tell me how to set it up, would be most happy

u need the wireless adapter for the 360. it plugs in the back of the console.

live is excellent, its great playing, all i play is COD2 on live, imo one of the best games iv played on live.

Dont bother playin 39.99 for a year's subscription. just wait until Play.com gets this in stock...

for £24.99 you get an XBOX game,a headset and 12 months subscription.. its for the XBOX 1 but works fine with the 360.. I have bought one of these and one with PGR2.. you can even flog the game and headset on ebay to make it cheaper.

Xbox live was ok to start with but nobody seems to use it i go to use PGR and theres nobody ever on.
