@JB21 Had a look an the BC DR coilovers are at £782, i just cant justify spending that much on the clio. They have V max coilovers which seem to be very cheap, would they be a better option then cup shocks + cooksports?

If remember correctly the fronts are pressurised only when you push them down but then they take ages to extend back out, yours the same?

Just researching about the service parts for my 172 which will be mainly used on track. I will be getting the Fuchs titan race pro 5w40 oil, NGK PFR6E-10 spark plugs, fattys induction setup. Couldn't really find much info about the coolant, just a few posts recommending the type d oem coolant...

Hello im looking on ebay for some used bucket seats for my 172 track project. I have searched on here but im still confused on what i need to fit them to the car. Is it just a subframe which i need? or do i need something called a side mount bracket aswell? as far as i know the subframe bolts on...

Someone else mentioned that too that when they stripped it the car had more body roll through the corners because there was less weight the the springs. A good mod would be to put the car on some decent springs or coilovers at the same time when you strip it out, i may do this when i strip mine.
