had the 172 cup and 182 ff, i felt as though the 172 was quicker and imo more fun to drive. Then had a vee, that kicks both there butts but im going of topic now lol
One thing i did notice which prob looks quite cool is the perspex window built in to the engine cover. Apart from that, this is a prime example of what not to do to your vee.
Yes, one of three things possible all three
Dont use shitty budget tyres, Avons were on it.
Any knocking noises from the rear get it looked at immediately, probably subframe bolts, easy to sort, it cause the back end to be very loose. check wiki on v6 forum.
dampness on tyres perhaps...
I took mine off and it was stupid loud, could have really done with ear defenders, couldnt drive like for more than a couple of minutes. Not sure if having the viper inductions kit and Quicksilver OMG zaust added to the loudness but it was pretty much unbearable imo
Well theve cause an extra couple of grand more damage and i complained to my insurance company who are royaly pissed off.
Also for any interested buyers its a good idea to note that all the suspension is also now fukd.
Would be nice if someone could put it back together, such an amazing car.
^^ haha im cruising in a 1.0 corsa life, does about 50mpg and 0-60 about 15secs lol
I was in a rush to buy summit so picked it up day after my crash, not doin foot patrol.

It was mine, no chasis damage, and side airbag has been deployed, basically ripped the leather seat open. Mainly cosmetic damage but wont be cheap to fix. The front bumber was in perfect condition at the time of the accident and sustained further damage whilst in the care of co-part, the sports...
I prefere the liquid yell, thats my fav paint ever, period! I had that on an 182. The Acid Yellow isnt as nice to look at imo but I didnt get it for that. The vee is already a car in your face, having it in acid yellow was the only way to go imo its loud, cheeky, in your face and cant be missed...
Damn you Scaggeh, you making them sound common now haha although there is a blue vee floating arounf as well, i saw it at the car wash in town opposite MachineMart going towards the bbc roundabout. So there are at least four in notts, thats allot considering there were only 610 shipped to the uk...

I had a LY 182, gorgeous paint, my fav paint job, period. that includes ferrari red and lambo green, even prefere it to my own acid yellow! I think if you hold out you may get £8.5k cause of the rareity. There are a few on the market at the mo though and a very low mileage one on PH sub £9k so...
