Well done.
Alex, if you search this forum there's many "what exhaust should I get" posts. I'd suggest you have a read through those (if you haven't already done so), watch the youtube vids to get an idea of the various sounds, then make a decision. If the yozza is what you're after, call Fred...
Solid top mounts are known to fix several "knocking" issues and generally tighten up the front end, improving steering feel and response. Of those three options you linked to, avoid the cheapest Compbrakes as the top nut is known to loosen over time. Apparantly the newer design is improved, and...
I did the ring last year in a rental car, it was a bit too far to bring my car from Australia ;)
I bought a sticker, but haven't had the heart to put it on my Clio as I suspect that goes against the unwritten rule. It's a shame, because travelling to the other side of the world to drive on the...
Who are you talking to? Use quotes so we know. If that was aimed at me, I clearly distinguished the thread as "Fastchip". The fact that their main product shares its name with your business is not something I can control.
And yes, Bonxy, I'm not sure how smart that was. If these maps are indeed...
My RSTuner just arrived in the mail, and I went onto the Fastchip site to look at the OEM and performance calibrations. Much to my surprise, I couldn't find the Clio 2 files in either section.

This seems to confuse a lot of people. I don't know for sure, but I'd say the VIN field has something to do with locking the rstuner device to the car's VIN (for licensing purposes). Doesn't make much sense to charge extra for it though, so maybe it's got something to do with maps?
In what sense? Remember that our Cup model was equivalent to your "Full Fat" or FF. Also, this car was one of 30 Limited Edition models sold by Renault Australia, so it's a little different again.
Thanks for the enthusiasm guys!
Regarding the colour, I wasn't sure how I'd like it to begin with. It's quite outlandish, a bit in-your-face if you will. But every time I see it, I enjoy it more. The colour (and stripes) remind me that it is indeed something different and special :D
I've also...
There's a few around, but not many. I'm starting to notice them more now that I know what they are.
These are slim plates, and yes they're sold through the official government registration organisation. Our speed cameras have no trouble seeing the small plates, otherwise they wouldn't sell...
After a long process of waiting for the right car (and the money to afford it), I've managed to snag a stunning example of the highly regarded 182 Cup. It's a 2005 model with 72,000km on the clock, 2 owners and a full service history. The condition of the car really needs to be seen to be...
Hi all!
Great site you've got going here. I'm about a week away from picking up a FRB 182 Cup, I can't wait :) It's in mint condition, no mods done yet all stock.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to hanging around and being a part of it all. :)
