I am not sure if there is a proper thread reagrding fitting a Megane II Sport motor in a 182.
I have looked and I have picked up bits and pieces but didn't find a solid thread.
PS - incase you were wondering it's a 2004 182 with 172 front end, dash and rear bumper.
1) Any advise from someone whose has built one?
2) Would the turbo manifold of the Megane work on the F4R 182 set up. Seems they share the same block bu the top end looks completely different.
3) I did see a turbo 182 kit for about 4500 pounds. Unfortunately I am from SA and it will cost me an arm and leg to import with our duties structure. However I found a Megane Sport motor for roughly the equivalent of 600 Pounds.
4) I was also told the 182 box isn't strong enough. I do have a 6 speed 197 box.
