Abit of advice........

My 172 has a little bit of an idle issue, has been much better since I changed the throttle body as the old one went down anyway. It is alot better than it was but still not 100% happy when it's idling, anyone give me a point in the right direct as to what else might need changing? Cheers

Fair enough mate, not even worth changing the idle control valve then no? lol

Is it cutting out on you or stalling... Is the rev needle moving lots when at idle, any lumpiness when driving/ lack off power etc

If not I would not go throwing things at it in which it does not need

if its a ph2 it does not have one

Think I shall just leave it as it is then lol, just wondering if there was anything else but if they are like that anyway then like you say no point chucking money at stuff it doesn't need!
