ABS Light / Judder when braking

ABS light came on a few weeks back, when i first took the wheels off to check both i could see both abs sensor wires. so i replaced both of these.

drove off and light went out, but when braking hard i still get the judder but no light :S

turned car on this morning and light is on again! what could this be abs ring? as i have no idea now
