Annoying buzz from behind interior light ....

There is an annoying buzzing sound coming from behind my interior light. I removed the panel to find a small black plastic sausage shape component. It has a small rotating part in it, causing the buzz. Any ideas what it is ? Thanks

climate control sensor. clean the dust out of it and thats about it. they all buzz , no real fix tbh mate
