Brake Squealing!!

I have a Mk2 Ph1, 1.4.

Pads were changed at last service in March

When driving at low speeds, for instance aproching a roundabout junction etc with my foot OFF the brake she rubs and squeals like theres not tomorrow!!

Is this a sign that i need new discs.. and pads?

how many miles are on the pads?

chances are theyre just rubbing the caliper and squeeling. Just a case of greasing the back of the pad where it touches the caliper with copper grease. Itll probably just wash off after a while with the winter coming.
