Broken Horn?

So i was driving down the road when some idiot almost hit my pride and joy. So as any normal person i frantically rushed to blast my horn at them. Only problem is all that came out was a little whimper and screeching sound... any ideas as to why my horn makes this sound?

Maybe a poor connection at the horn end, quite common

Have a look at it, usually a quick clean up sorts it
