Heard loads of stories of aux belts snapping and this causing timing belt to skip a few notches and ruin the head.
But on inspection of my car whilst changing the aux belt I see that the cam belt has a cover over it all the way down to crank pulley keeping it fully protected. So how does the aux belt destroy the Cambelt / engine when it snaps ?
Cheers
