Alright people just want to know what's going to be best for my car it's a 52 plate 172 with 88k miles on the clock and needs a service what oil and oil filter also what spark plugs thanks ?? And also what coolant should I use as I'm giving that a full flush aswell

Spark plugs NGK

Renault Type D engine coolant.

Castrol, Shell elf would all be fine.
