Climate control issues

I'm not too sure if its just mine or if its like this on everyone elses...

basically, when put the fan on manual and select a temperature there is no difference in heat if its 19 degrees or 26 degrees, only when i hit max it will start blowing hot air!!!

surely, renault haven't designed it so you can only use the auto function.

plus the auto always switches the air con on, if my outside temperature gauge is faulty, is this linked to the climat control for auto mode? Is this why the air con keeps coming on?

i've had cars in the past with climate control, but i think this is a weird set up or mine is buggered??!!!

Sounds like it's playing up to me. I have mine on "Auto" 24/7, and the a/c rarely comes on with the weather like it is at the moment.
Dunno about Manual mode though - I never really use it!

I use manual mode sometimes, and there is a difference, whatever fan settin i use!

looks like its back to renault for you, i go there alot for other problems :-(
