Clio 182 cambelt wear signs?

  Renaultsport 182
Hi all just wondering if anyone knows of any signs of wear / when the cambelt is gonna go?

Had my 182 since November has 51k on the clock.

As the engine builds to around 4k rpm a whistling sound has appeared from the engine, just as the car opens up or starts to open up, bit worried that it's a sign of the belt gonna snap! Lol, if anyone could help this would be great!

No 2 ways about it, fork out the £600 quid and get it done right or wait til it goes bang, I know what my choice would be!

Not basing it on that fact but there's no record of it been done on paperwork I have so I'm guessing no! Deffo gonna get it done no doubt about that lads

How can you buy a car with FSH and not know if the belts have been done?

Always get it done if you are unsure or as above risk it going pop.

Unless you know about cars, I'm sure the majority haven't had their belts done. I'm sure when you book it in for a service the majority of little garages don't mention belt changes.
