Engine noise Sport 172

Hello, a friend got a Clio Sport 2002 and the engine has a clicking noise. The noise is quite loud. The cambelt and aux belt are new, apparently the engine had 20w50 syntec blend, and now that the oil was changed with 5w40 Full Sin it has the clicking noise.

Hmm could be, do you think it can be something related with a conrod?

I doubt it mate!

At worst top wan bearing but I'm new to these cars and I'd stick with dephaser for the time being

Hydraulic lifter in the head! Normally do it when cold
