How easy would it be to change the colour? and what would this cost?

A local bodyshop should be able to spray and fit the spolier no problem

I'd say approx £40 to spray it as its plastic and the current surface finish is perfect

Price it up if you know a decent bodyshop locally

Just have a go yourself rubb it down primer it and let them spray it.
