fitting power cap

ok being a fool and cant quite get my head round how to fit my power cap!!

know that it goes in after the fuse (well in my case circuit breaker!) then goes between that and the amp. have 2 amps but only using cap on the sub amp.

do i run power lead to power cap, then another power lead of power cap from same terminal to the amp?

if its not like this please could you tell me how to do it,
