Gaz gha and solid top mount assembly

I have a set of gaz gha coilovers and a set of gaz solid top mounts, does anyone know what way they go together as when I put the shock up through the body with no rubber mount from the standard shock, and fit the top mount they do not sit tight together on the body meaning it just moves about all the time, but when I do fit the rubber mount that fits on the shock before you insert it through the body, I try and fit the solid top mount and there is not enough threads to tighten down, has anyone else had any problems with this or tell me how just to fit them!

I don't know how to insert pictures to help describe my problem but hopefully someone understands
