Heater blowing hot air

My heater seems to blow hot air even when it's turned right Down on 16c. I have the climate control unit on a FF172. Has any one else's done this and what was the cause

Have you checked your coolant level?

Probably internal or external temp sensor, is you clock display temp reading ok?

The clock display is fine. We're is the temp sensors? No havnt checked coolant level

Sorry to bring this back up but I have just don't the flapper cog fix and my climate control is still blowing hot air. Any idea what could cause this? I remember that it had some fluid in the drivers and passengers foot well a while ago would this be the heater matrix? Or should I just go to the Renault dealer/ french car mechanic or an AC specialist to see what they say?
