help please clio vag conversion

Hi all me and my friend are looking into doing a vag engine conversion to my 182 we have it sussed except I can't find information on what ecu people are using and if they are joining the clio wiring loom to the vw loom also does any one know if I can use my ktec gen 90 ecu on the engine if any one knows anything to help it will be much appreciated thank you.

You can use either, Andy Greer used standalone, I know lad who has a golf ecu to control his, from what I've heard the standalone is easier but don't quote me on that one
