High rolling idle (1200/1250rpm) after head repair

My engine's head was repaired, and cambelt changed. After that, when the car is moving, the idle usually is around 1250rpm. As soon as the cars stops (on lights for example) the idle goes to 750/800. No flutuations. Does someone have an idea where to start ?!

Notes: It was used the Renault locking tools while doing the cambelt.
