Horrible rattle

I am getting this horrible rattle from my engine. In the picture it is the alloy bit circled in pink in the attachment. It seems to be very loose and can move it arround freely. Does anyone else have this problem and how can I resolve it.

Two 10mm size screws set right back you will need a long extension from a socket set to reach them. There are 3 holes but only the two from the left hand side hold the screws.
