The light doesnt work...
This is the connection on the bulb -

http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y43/badinvincible/mike028.jpg

As you can see, its melted to f**k...
It should be like http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y43/badinvincible/mike025.jpgthis and http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y43/badinvincible/mike026.jpgthis

The side that isnt melted works fine. The side that IS melted doesnt work at all. I tried putting the melted bulb (element is still there) onto the unmelted connection and that doesnt work either.

Can anyone help...?

Sorry to hear your still have troubles with this. All i can say is that the melting is normally caused by too much current being drawn through too small a core wire, which generates heat etc.

Its a little bit like a lightbulb.. put enough current through a high resistence bit of wire and it gets white hot.

u will have to get new connecor mate and in linbe crimp it! easy job but will prob be fiddly as theres not much room!

Just cut the conenctor off, solder the wires together and insulate....or if you wanna be able to remove then use spade/bullet connectors
