Itunes on Windows ME

My mate just asked this on MSN, I dont really know, any ideas?

mike, im tryin to download itunes, but my pc says it needs windows 2000 / xp, i have ME which is in the middle, but it wont let me install it? what can i dooo?

Windows ME.. the worse OS that MS has done

he should at least try Windows 2000 imo.

the new windows media player is v.good, not sure if that works in ME tho
