Ken's 2010 Clio RS 200

Hi there, i'm a newbie on the forum.
My name is Ken Engrie, I live in Belgium, I'm 27 years old and have a couple off cars. One of them is my RS 200 clio. I bought the car in april of 2016, I had 86000km's and 2 previous owners. Time for some pictures and spec list I guess:

2010 Clio RS 200 phase 2:
-96000km (01/17)
-Cup chassis
-electric mirrors
-electric windows
-auto AC
-cruise controle
-Recaro seats

Mods that were done before I bought the car:
-Sony radio/usb
-Fully blacked out windows from the doors back
-removed rear seats (better for taxes in Belgium)
-Akrapovic midpipe, stock muffler
-K&N filter
-Sprint rear spoiler

The car looked good, however after taking it on my first trackday more and more issues appeared.

Mods that have been done since I own the car:
-full service(cambelt, waterpump, spark plugs and pencil coils, cabin filter, oil and oilfilter, ITG airfilter, gearbox oil, thermostat, coolant)
-Pioneer radio(CD, USB, bluetooth) + adaptorplate
-New steering wheel, new gearknob OE Renault.
-New Renault sport floormats
-replacement "Renault sport" decals for mirrors and rear wings.
-Goodridge stealth black braided brakelines and motul RBF660
-Ferodo DS2500 front brake pads and Brembo HC discs
-New OE Brembo rear discs+bearings and OE ferodo pads + new OE e-brake cables
-Vibratechnics Torque link (lower engine mount) + 2 new OE engine mounts on right side of the engine
-refilled the AC
-Stage 1 remap by BR-performance Belgium
-fully detailed + gyeon quartz coating
-replaced B-pillar decals
-Bridgestone RE070 225/45/17 tyres

Unfortunatly I've encounterd some issues: the allknown gearbox problem and the exhaust cracked. Those issues will be solved by next month with upgrades

Cleaned the TB, wasn't to bad, this is the dirty pic to be clear:

Swapped the ferodo pads for the Galfer's. And changed the engine oil and filter today.

I just orderd a set of Eibach springs, I think the front right spring broke. Orderd the -20/-25mm springs.

Yesterday I wanted to replace the batterycover, all the tabs had been broken off:

A brand new one:

I didn't fit, because some had replaced the original battery with a taller one. So I bought a correct size battery

all back together, nice and straight:

got some new parts in:
insulation for the bulkhead

with the fitting kit:

My rear calipers were starting to seize so I orderd new ones, to be fitted within 2 weeks:

I never had 2 working keys to the car so a new one was in order:

So I had some mayor issues with the car, so this morning I left here with my mecanic. He's the guy that does the things I don't have the knowledge for...he does brilliant work. The first issue was: the gearbox has to come out of the car to get rebuild, the usual crunching going in 3rd and 4th gear. So the time had come to upgrade to a Quaife ATB:

The car has 95000km's and the gearbox has to come of anyway so a new clutch kit, slave cylinder, crankgasket, vibratechnics gearbox support will be fitted for good measure.

A few weeks ago my exhaust had cracked, so I started ordering replacement parts...an Akrapovic evolution exhaust and new hangers and bushings:

On top of this, I noticed someone had fiddeld with the oxygen(lambda) sensor, so I orderd a new one.
