Knocking noise when turning left at slow speed

Hi,

I had my offside ball-joint replaced (whole arm) a while back (MOT failure) and thought this would cure the knocking noise from the offside area - it hasn't.

The weird thing is, I only ever notice it on two corners near my house, they are relatively sharp corners which need second to go around.

The noise is like a juddering from the right hand side. I can't say I have noticed it when turning right, just to the left.

What could this be? I heard it before my MOT and the same noise after my MOT.

Clicking/Knocking is likely to be the CV joint. Is that what sort of noise it is?

I don't know, i'm not sure what that would sound like. How much are they to replace on a 172?

ive got a pair available, you need to identify which one is at fault first.
