Lowering springs

Hi Guys,
I know it will be more of a personal choice but what are people opinions on which springs to get. I'm looking at either Grams or Cooksport. I have a 172 cup. Thanks.

I run H&R and find them spot on, but cooksports definitely sit a bit better (read lower)
