Newbie question re/tyres & wheels

Hi.
I'm due to collect my '05 plate 182 next week.
What are the factory default size tyres/rims for the car?

There seem to be some conflicting views as to the defaults; when I look on ATS it says 205/45/16 but Kwikfit suggests 185/55/15.

Also, which speed rating is correct for an unmodified 182 & is it really worth changing them or will it not make a great deal of difference?

Std Tyres and Wheels for a 182 were 16" Alloys running 205/45 R16 Michelin PE2's


185/55 R15 are for Clio Dynamique's and alike.

If it's got PE2's on it when it comes then I'd stick with those unless you want to change wheel size for bigger/smaller ones.

I thought the cup upgrades got the PE2's. If it has got them I certainly won't be changing.
