Whats the best software to download news feeds on mac? I use GrabIt on the PC and want something just as good for free if there are any suggestions

I haven't looked for a long time, but Unison was always the best mac one.

Yes Unison charge for the full version but there are ways round it .
SABzbd+ is a fairly decent for free.
