osky internet...... have to ring someone to make it work!

tried all the usuals.... filter etc
was fine, now have to ring a number to make it connect and leave the call on to stay connected

any ideas why this is?!?!?

is your pc connected in the main socket? ie the first socket that comes into your home? if so disconnect everything apart from the filter and try that

Not sure about the problem you are having but my Sky internet has been terrible lately, drops the connection every few mins

yep have tried that. it is in the main socket. we only have one because we are doing the house up lol. its really weird because it worked brilliantly for 2-3 months at 10 mbps now its just gone crazy. we haven't done anything!?
