Passenger window wont go up!

Well the car was frosted over and after a few mins of full Maxi heat i decided to lower both windows to clear the water off, the passenger window made a loud clunk and wouldnt go up, i can hear the motor going but its missing something.

I thought it could be a clip, however surely the window would still work going down and not going up? if a clip had snapped? i have to pull it up with my hands now, leaves a small gap towards the front of the door above the Mirror?

Any thoughts welcome.

Could have come off the guides that hold it in place. Best to get the door card off and have a look. Probably be obvious to you then.

yeah i will, but its bloody freezing out! just one thing after another....
