I currently have a crack on the weld of my exhaust but i dont have access to a welder. what are your experiences with just patching up a crack or hole on your exhausts what quick fixes work best if a welder is not at hand and you dont fancy forking out for the new item? Think this could be a good thread for people with the same problem.

You need a welder, there is no quick fix.

You could section the piece of pipe cut and then clamp but really you need a garage to do this also.

you could braize it or silver solder it, both can be done with a blow torch.

so long as it's accessible and isn't otherwise complicated, a friendly garage will only ask for beer money just to run a seam round it
