ph1 lumpy on low revs

This only seems to occur when sitting in traffic at the moment, but when I pull away its like its misfiring or very lumpy, once I get over 4k rpm it flattens out and drives perfectly fine.

Along with my ever annoying sticky idle issue, I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on the mental breakdown of the clio?

How's the pedal now have you slackens the cable a tiny bit so pedal as got bit of play
