Removed rear seats.. how to get belts out?

Right ive removed my rear seats today but i cant work out if theirs a way of getting the belts through the hole in the plastics without chopping them? do you have to bend the metal bit or is their another way without damaging them?

Any help would be great as i dont wana leave them in as its MOT time in few weeks

Mine passed its MOT without removing the belts.

but it depends on who tests it and id rather have them out, i dont really wana cut the belts to get them out

Just sorted it! , took the whole loada plastics out and fed it through in the end
