Replacement filters

Which drop-in filters are good for the mk 1 Clio 172? Is the gain from using an induction kit with heat shield, instead of replacement filter, negligible? If so, may not be justifiable for the higher cost heh!

I use the Green replacement panel filter and very pleased with it - try using the hill power Air intake pipe as well and it definately breathes better.

Is the HP pipe really dat good for air flow? Was thinking of Green too but read from threads here that ITG does wonders, so am in 2 minds now...

How long does the itg panel last? Do you clean/reoil them like a K&N?
