Rev counter and temperature guage intermittent

Hi I'm having little electrical issueswhich I'm hoping is common and all related.

My ESP and SERV lights are coming on while driving. The car still revs freely.

The backlights on the main cluster and the one in the middle are very dim, I've ruled out bulbs as they only dim (to the point of not being able to read) when external lights are on.

There is a intermittent failure of the rev and temperature guage.

The cruise control is intermittent too.

Any ideas?

Car is a 2005 clio 182 full fat
