Rubbing noise from cold start in engine

Funny noise coming from my engine, mainly on a cold start.

Would start it up, then after a minute or so starts making this noise. Normally stops when warmed up but not always!

Have changed the aux belt....still doing it. Pretty sure it's the crank pulley making the noise....could it need re-adjusting?
