Samsung e900 blocke help

Phone got lost so got another on insurance. Got the lost one returned. Is there anything i can do about? Nothing illegal though. How do tell if its blocked?

just sell it on ebay as faulty for parts

no way to unblock it iirc.

I think if you want to be 100% legal, the phone is now the insurance companies property so you should probably return it to them.
