  renault clio 1.2 16v
ive got a renault clio 1.2 16v 2004 i thort my head gasket had gone because when i took the oil cap off it had a creamy coulor over it but wen i check the dipstick its clean oil.and its not overheatin or smoking and im loosin water gota top it up every other week from full to nothing. anyone have ne ideas all comments will b taken on board and very much appriciated thanks.

Generally creamy oil filler cap is caused by condensation, silly question but have you checked visually for external leaks both inside and outside of the car?

wen i leave the car standin for a couple of hours there is a little puddle underneath but havnt got a clue wer its coming from as i knw nthing about the mechanical side of cars
