Standard Head Unit / Disc Changer

As with most standard head units - its gotta go - Has any one any idea what units will work with the changer and the steering wheel controls? Will the display on the dash be buggered as well?

Most of the big names do compatable head units that will work from the sat. control via an adapter,not so sure about the changer as the connectors are usually unique to renault.
