Steering wheel controls to aftermarket headunit

Hello

I bought a clio with an aftermarket headunit. The steering wheel controls do not work for it
Is it possible to hook up any headunit to it or do i need an adapter?

I'll state my headunit brand next time I'm at the car

you'll need a bit of extra wire between HU and car.
