Strange Window Washer Issue - 182

Noticed a strange issue with my window washers today. If I’m driving and try to spray the windows nothing comes out. Initially I thought the bottle was empty so I filled it up. Tried again when I was driving and still nothing. I came to a stop at a junction and thought I would try again - it worked!!

So in short when the car is moving no water sprays but when car is at a stop it does. I can always hear the motor when I’m trying to spray.

Any ideas??

Strange . Is it normal spray when stopped or weaker flow ?
