wheel help please

have got a set of 15" tsw apexs which where given to me they are the correct offset and everything but the garage syas they wont fit because of the spacers? any1 know wot they mean the wheels are to go on a new 1.2 clio. Cheers for any help cos ia m baffled by this.

you sure they dont mean the plastic inserts ??
