wheels and springs 60mm and 17"?

right, i am in a bit of a predicament. my car is away at the garage currently with 17" wheels on, my standard 15" wheels are currently being refurbished, i am putting the standard 15" wheels back on and therefore want 60mm lowering springs on. would i be able to fit 60mm lowering springs with the 17" wheels on to drive 10 miles back to my house before i fit the 15" wheels once i get them back? HELP!

did you face any rubbing? when you had yours did you change for some smaller shocks, is thats whats recommended? i remember reading that something should be changed for smaller ones when using 60mm springs?
