Which Oil and filter?

Im going to change my oil and filter in between main dealer services. What is the best oil and filter to use? I am under the impression that silcolene do a very good oil for our beloved Clios.
Also just out of interest what plugs are best to run.

ive just changed my oil and put castrol 10w/40 magnatec semi synthetic and things seem to be running nice and smoothly temp is lower and pressure higher at cold starting but soon comes down to normal as for plugs im upgrading to super 4s

ive used normal oil filter replacement , engine oil use silkolene 5w40
gdi giving a service kit for 71notes inc oil , oil filter etc .....
i bought it myself tbh .

standard renault oil filter. I use elf 5w40, and got Mike @ Rentech to change it for me.
