wired problem

hey every one , got a wired one :-

ok start the car up and the esp and service and abs light stay on , tur car off and then back on and they go out , dose not show any erro codes , but keeps doing this when start up the car, oh and all so the wind screen washers dont see to pump all the time sound as if they are pulseing ? can any one help ?

You need to get it onto a proper code reader.
