Xenon bulbs need replacement after few years ?

As in title, Do the d2s xenon bulbs need to be replaced after few years ?
I ask because I see sometime now that the light from them not as it was before ( a little bit yellow and not blue as it was ).

nope, they should be warrantied for something like 10 years too

I'm still on my first set of bulbs, my cars now over 5 years old.

There is any technical document that says that the warranty is valid for 10 years ?

^^^^I don't think so.. IIRC if they fail, break after 5 years [warranty ends] then you'll have to buy the replacment bulbs.
